| Jerry joined HealthSouth Texarkana as chief executive officer in April of 2011. Prior to joining HealthSouth, he served as chief executive officer for Medina Regional Hospital in Hondo, Texas. He has more than 12 years of healthcare leadership experience in acute care hospitals, hospital-based skilled nursing facilities, long-term acute care hospitals, home healthcare agencies and hospice agencies. Jerry brings significant experience in acute and post-acute care services. Jerry holds a bachelor's degree and master’s degree in health services administration from Wayland Baptist University. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a member of the Texas hospital Association’s Committee on Policy Development. |

| Dr. Wren has been affiliated with HealthSouth of Texarkana since 1996. He is a board-certified physiatrist. His level of expertise is exceptional. He trained in one of the Top 10 medical schools in the U.S., and has an additional graduate medical degree in public health. He was trained under the most knowledgeable stroke rehab specialists in the world. Dr. Wren has followed patients at this hospital for more than 10 years and served as the hospital’s associate medical director for four years prior to becoming the medical director. |

| Barbara Cannedy was named director of therapy operations in January, 2010, after serving as lead senior physical therapist at HealthSouth. She received her bachelor of science in Physical Therapy from Southwestern Medical Center School of Allied Health in Dallas, Texas, and has a bachelors degree in Elementary Education with a Special Education endorsement. Cannedy has worked as a physical therapist with home health agencies and other outpatient services, as well as having specialized Neuro-IFRAH and Nerve Conduction Study training. |

| Doni is an experienced nurse with an enthusiastic and positive outlook on life. She is a staunch patient advocate that believes strongly in the value of rehabilitation to maintain and improve quality of life for all patients. | Phylis has three years experience with HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospitals in Tennessee prior to joining HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Texarkana. She experienced HealthSouth’s compassion and expertise after a family member’s illness and knew HealthSouth was the kind of company she wanted to work for. She brings more than 20 years of experience in accounting and financial management, managing multimillion dollar operating and capital budgets in private, public and non-profit organizations. Phylis received her bachelor's degree in business administration from Bethel College and her executive master's degree in business administration, general and international business from the University of Memphis. |

| Ann holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas and has a diverse background in manufacturing, transportation and health care. She has held various management positions since 2002, with a focus on human resource management and development. Ann has a very personable style of management with an “open door” policy for all employees. |
